Shelley's Tri Tip Marinade

1 bottle Balsamic vinaigrette
1 bottle Kikkoman Baste and Glaze
1/2 cup brown sugar
3T Montreal steak seasoning

Mix, coat, marinade for 5 hours.
Take out of fridge 45 minutes before cooking.
