String Pie

2 cups Pizza Sauce (I like Hunts Traditional)
1 lb Italian Sausage (Jimmy Dean)
8 oz Angel Hair Pasta, cooked
2 eggs, beaten
2 TBS butter, melted
3 cups parmesan cheese
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated
1 cup cottage cheese
Mix pasta with eggs, butter and parmesan cheese. Spread into the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with Mozzarella. Cover with cottage cheese. In a pan on the stove cook sausage, mix with spaghetti sauce. Pour sausage mixture over noodle mixture. Cover with remaining Mozzarella and a little parmesan. Place in a oven heated to 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Note: Instead of sausage, you can brown hamburger meat and a green bell pepper and onions.
