4 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1. Turn on oven to 425 degrees. Place two 9x13 pyrex dishes into oven as it preheats. Add approx ¼ cup butter in each pan to melt as it heats. Do not let the butter brown, it should only melt.
2. In mixer, beat eggs, milk, flour and salt. Do not over mix, but make sure there are no lumps of flour. Scrape down sides of bowl and mix again.
Distribute batter evenly between two hot pans, return the pans to the oven. Cook for 20 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
